2016 - 2020  Transport and Mobility Consultant - Independent Consultant

  • Analysis of economic developments trends in transports and logistics and identify recurrent and emerging issues of the industry. Economic research and analysis, policy formulation in development programs, for private companies, governments and multilateral institutions.

  • Strategic Assessment of transport infrastructures including land-use development, logistics impacts, mobility assessment. 

  • Invited Lecturer at MSc Transports at Technical University and Nautical School in Lisbon.

Business development of consultancy market in Brazil and South America. Advisory services to public and private entities. Lead company expert in the transport sector.

  • Opened TIS office in São Paulo, Brazil

  • Provided services to CCR, South America largest motorway concessionaire with 3,000 km of toll-roads and to the city of Rio de Janeiro.

  • Developed and delivered a city-wide questionnaire on freight transport demand for Sao Paulo (22 million inhabitants).
