CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAMME

  • Contact our student recruiters and ask any questions that you have!

PREPARE FOR APPLICATION
  • After choosing your programme, check the programme requirement page

  • Prepare the application documents based on the checklist provided on the requirement page

  • Spend some time on your motivational essay

  • Start early if you need to participate in an English proficiency test, and make sure to get the test results in time.

  • Contact your referees early for recommendation letters if applicable

SUBMIT THE APPLICATION
  • When you have all the requested docuements ready, go to the UBI ONLINE APPLICATION page and start your application.

  • Follow the instructions on the first page of the application form, fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.

  • Submit the application form.

  • Do not leave the page until you see the successful acknowledgement submission message.

PREPARE FOR INTERVIEW
  • After successful submission of the appliciation form, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your application (usually within 3 working days).

  • The UBI Admission Panel will review your application internally. This process may take up to 20 days depending on the number of applications and the school calendar. 

  • Suitable candidates will be invited for an interview with the Programme Director and admission officer.

  • Confirm the interview time and communication method with the admission officer.

  • Mark the interview timeslot on your calendar and make sure to be on time for the interview.

DECIDE YOUR OFFER
  • Successful candidates will received their UBI Offer shortly after interview.

  • To accept the offer, candidates must indicate their acceptance in written format and pay the administration fee (for non-EU passport holders) and the first semester tuition (for all students) to secure their place in the class.

  • After receiving the fund, international candidates will receive the "certificate of admission" from UBI to start their visa applications.

For International Students 

Before sending you any official documents for visa purposes, and in accordance with the Terms & Regulations applicable to non-EU residents, UBI must receive a down payment of:

 

BA STUDENTS:

5650 Euros (BA): 5400 Euros (refundable in case of visa rejection) in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of 250 Euros. The total amount of 5650 Euros will be payable by bank transfer.

MBA STUDENTS:

5700 Euros (MBA Part-time): 5450 Euros (refundable in case of visa rejection) in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of 250 Euros. The total amount of 5700 Euros will be payable by bank transfer.

NOTE:

  1.  Please be aware of an issue that has come to our attention regarding email junk/spam filters. So make sure to add the domain @ubi.edu to your ‘Safe Senders’ or ‘Never Block’ list.

  2. Type of Offers:

    • ​An unconditional offer (successful application). You satisfy all of the conditions required before entry and we are offering you a place. You may still need to supply original or certified copies of some documents.

    • A conditional offer (successful application). You do not yet satisfy some of the conditions required before entry but you plan to do so. The conditions are given in the offer letter and may include tests such as English language as well as degree results, and/or attendance at introductory or Summer School courses.

    • We are unable to offer you a place (unsuccessful application). This decision is final and not open to appeal. It may be that the programme is already full. You may request that your application be considered for (an) alternative programme(s) or that your application be reinstated to the following year to be considered again in the next admissions cycle. 

  3. By submitting your application, you authorise UBI to obtain from the relevant examination authority, academic institution or organisation the information about your examination results and records of studies, and participation in activities and the awards obtained.
