2020/21 Tuition Fees
  • Tuition Fees: 10 800 Euro per year (5 400 Euro per semester) - This amount is fixed for the duration of the course of study for the students starting the programme during the 2020-2021 Academic Year (September 2020 or February 2021).

  • Tuition Fees for the semester are to be paid in full at the start of each semester.

  • For EU/non-visa students, a down payment of 500 Euro (deductible from the tuition fees) is required to secure a place in the programme. (*see below for international students with visa*).

  • All students attending UBI programmes are expected to own and use their personal laptop computer.

  • Purchase of study books and stationery will be additional.

  • Re-sit examinations are charged at €100 each.

  • Referral of a module is at €1 080 each + administration fees.

UBI automatically waives additional fees to non-EU students. It means that non-EU students pay the same fees as their classmates from an EU country.

  • Before sending any official documents for visa purposes, and in accordance with the Terms & Regulations applicable to non-EU residents, UBI-Brussels must receive a down payment of 5 650 Euro.

  • 5 400 Euro (refundable in case of visa rejection) in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of 250 Euro.

  • The total amount of 5 650 Euro will be payable by bank transfer.

UBI offers scholarships of up to 30% for two reasons: need-based (financial need) or merit-based (high achieving students based on grades).

The merit-based scholarship will be considered in recognition of outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities and significant community contributions. We believe in supporting students who demonstrate academic excellence, high intellectual capacity, strong leadership potential, and a passion for innovation.

If you are keen to apply for our scholarships, please submit a letter of intent outlining the following:

  • Your achievements, qualities and/or contributions that you would like us to know

  • Your personal goals and career aspirations

  • What you hope to achieve from enrolling in our BA (Hons) Business Studies programme
