Tuition & Fees

2020/21 Tuition Fees
  • Tuition Fees: 10 800 Euros per year (5 400 Euros per semester) - This amount is fixed for the duration of the course of study for the students starting the programme during the 2020-2021 Academic Year (September 2020 or February 2021).

  • Tuition Fees for the semester are to be paid in full at the start of each semester.

  • For EU/non-visa students, a down payment of 500 Euros (deductible from the tuition fees) is required to secure a place in the programme. (*see below for international students with visa*). 

  • Purchase of study books and stationery will be additional.

  • Re-sit examinations are charged at 50 Euros each.

  • Referral of a module is at 600 Euros each + administration fees.

UBI automatically waives additional fees to non-EU students. It means that non-EU students pay the same fees as their classmates from an EU country.

​*IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISA STUDENTS*:

  • Before sending any official documents for visa purposes, and in accordance with the Terms & Regulations applicable to non-EU residents, UBI-Brussels must receive a down payment of 5 650 Euros. 

  • 5 400 Euros (refundable in case of visa rejection) in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of 250 Euros.

  • The total amount of 5 650 Euros will be payable by bank transfer.

Scholarships

UBI offers scholarships of up to 30% for merit-based students (high achieving students based on grades).

The merit-based scholarship will be considered in recognition of outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities and significant community contributions. We believe in supporting students who demonstrate academic excellence, high intellectual capacity, strong leadership potential, and a passion for innovation.

This scholarship statement should be emailed to our admission administrator separately, at the same time as your online application form submission.
