            Nowadays, more and more crises affect different sectors of the global society such as the corporate and organizational ones. Crises can seriously damage the image, credibility, financial situation, reputation, the life itself of a company or organization. Therefore, it is crucial knowing how to deal with crises in an effective and professional way.

The objective of this course is to explain what crisis management and crisis communication mean, and how to treat crises in the business / organizational environment. Participants will be provided with a set of strategies for preventing, solving and learning from a crisis situation.               Excellent negotiation techniques represent a powerful tool for the business or organisational environment. In a diversity of situations, like for instance, putting the basis of       partnerships, collaborations, agreements etc., such skills are needed for efficiently and professionally achieving one’s goals and for becoming successful in the long-term.

The aim of this course is to offer a better understanding of the negotiation process, also explain and practice advanced negotiation abilities together with relevant techniques and methods recommended in such contexts.
