About the event

Vivian Leung is a Canadian living in Finland. After seeing the effects our food system is having on the current climate crisis, Vivian founded a community called FoodTechies Finland to bring together like-minded individuals who are passionate about creating a more sustainable food future.

Vivian believes that entrepreneurship and cross-industry innovation is the key to solving our global food challenges. As an engineer, she also enjoys talking about processes, and how to set up systems of continuous improvement. She will join us for a talk about the future of food, including a look at food waste and the sustainability of food, as well as what she is working on right now.
