MBA - Tuition Fees & Scholarships

2021 - 2022 Academic Year Fees

  • The regular tuition fees for students enrolling in UBI’s MBA programmes (both hybrid and online) in the academic year 2021-2022 are EUR 28.500,00.

  • UBI offers a wide range of scholarships and tuition support programmes for prospective and currently enrolled students. For details, please see “Scholarships & Tuition Support Programmes” further below.

  • Tuition fees are due in three instalments per year: October, February, June.

    • For EU/non-visa students: a down-payment of EUR 500 is required to secure a place in the programme. The down payment will later be deducted from the tuition fees.

    • For non-EU/visa students: a down-payment of EUR 9.750 is required to secure a place in the programme. The down-payment is equal to the first instalment of the tuition fees plus a EUR 250 one-time, non-refundable administrative fee.

  • Tuition fees do not include personal equipment (e.g.: computers), textbooks, printing services, accommodation, visa fees for international study trips and/or similar academic expenses.

  • UBI automatically waives additional fees to non-EU students; non-EU students pay the same tuition fees as EU students.

  • For students completing the MBA in 24 months, 70% of the tuition fees must be paid during the first year and 30% of the tuition during the second year.

  • For further financial regulations of studying at UBI, please see the Financial Terms & Conditions in detail.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISA STUDENTS*:

  • Students requiring a visa to study at UBI must make a down-payment of EUR 9.750. UBI must receive the down-payment in full before providing any official documents (e.g.: enrolment, registration, etc.) that might be required in visa applications.

    • The down-payment of EUR 9.750 covers the first instalment of the tuition fees (EUR 9.500) plus an administrative fee (EUR 250). The first instalment of the tuition fees is fully refundable in case of visa rejection or a deferral/withdrawal before the start of the programme. The administrative fee is non-refundable.

  • The total amount must be paid by bank transfer.

  • Furthermore, students may be required to provide subsistence funds, financial guarantees and/or other proof of financial support as part of the visa application process.
