MBA Programme 

2020 - 2021 Academic Year Fees and Scholarships

  • Tuition fees for MBA: 21 800 Euros for the programme (10 courses + Business Transformation Project Research or Dissertation). This is a fixed amount for February 2021 and September 2021 intake. 

  • Tuition fees should be paid by the starting date of each academic semester (5450 Euros/semester).

  • For EU/non-visa students, a down payment of 500 Euros (deductible from the tuition fees) is required to secure a seat in the class.

          (*see below for international students with visa*). 

  • All students attending UBI programmes are expected to bring their personal laptops for all academic events.

  • Purchase of study books and stationery will be additional.

  • Resit examinations are charged at 50 Euros each.

  • Retaking of a module is charged at 1 830 Euros each + administration fees.

  • The Top-Up MBA is charged at 2000 Euros per module + 3500 Euros for the Business Transformation Project Research or the Dissertation

UBI automatically waives additional fees to non-EU students. It means that non-EU students pay the same fees as their classmates from an EU country.


  • In accordance with the Terms & Regulations applicable to non-EU residents, before sending any official documents to support the student visa applications, UBI-Brussels must receive a down payment of 5 700 Euros, as follows:

  • 5 450 Euros (refundable in case of visa rejection) in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of 250 Euros. 

  • The total amount of 5 700 Euros will be paid by bank transfer only. 


UBI offers MBA scholarships of up to 30% for two reasons: need-based (financial need) or merit-based (high achieving students based on grades).

The merit-based scholarship will be considered in recognition of outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities and significant community contributions.
