UBI Graduation for Classes of 2020 and 2021

Updated: Jul 21

Resilience is a critical factor to success. While the worldwide pandemic interrupted tradition last year and prevented us from appropriately celebrating and bidding farewell to our graduating students, this year, UBI was able to combine campuses for an intimate graduation ceremony held at the Luxembourg campus in the Wiltz Castle. On Saturday, July 3rd, 2021, we had the privilege of conferring degrees on the students of the graduating classes of 2020 and 2021 from both our Brussels and Luxembourg campuses.

Global travel restrictions and the general Covid situation prevented some graduands from attending the ceremony in person. For this reason, we planned a hybrid ceremony, streaming the event for absent graduands to participate via Zoom. Many thanks to the technical support behind the organisation of this online opportunity provided to our graduands.

While we were unable to properly celebrate with food and drink due to sanitary restrictions, we did offer our graduates a gift bag to express our appreciation for having successfully completed their programme. Gifts included a lovely bottle of Little Blue, an organic Luxembourgish crémant from Biessel, a sustainable travel cutlery set, and a multi-device charging cable.

We want to congratulate the following graduates on this special occasion for their hard work and dedication towards meeting the requirements of their programme:
